The wine list

Sommelier Quinten Missiaen is responsible for our wine list which was awarded by the Star Wine List.

"With passion, work ethic and an eye for detail, I always look for the best wines at a fair price. Thus, our wine list has become very diverse over the years. Currently, the wine list contains about 230 wines from 35 countries. These wines are all selected with precision and skill into a balanced selection in which all tastes are available in every price range.

I intensely enjoy surprising guests with unfamiliar alternatives applied to their own tastes. We take a slightly different approach than the established order, but with the satisfaction we get from our guests and the reward of Star Wine List, I proudly seek the way to the perfect wine list every day."
